Photographer Norman Wilcox-Geissen was born in Frankfurt, Germany and now bases himself between London and Scotland.

Combining still life with elements of portraiture and landscape, his work plays beautifully with contrast—of tones, textures, synthetic and natural, high and low, far and close; all of which come together within the frame of the photograph, enriching the image.

Inspired by the relationships he forms through collaborative processes and partnerships, Norman is equally self-sufficient and relishes the opportunity to work alone on commissions, photographing on location at home in Scotland, or drawing from the immediate environments he encounters while travelling.

Clients include Bottega Veneta, Mulberry, Axel Arigato, Farfetch and Frieze, as well as an ongoing collaboration with Joseph Walsh Studio in Ireland.
